Masks are required until we get in the water. 
Please be on time. Due to social distancing policies we have staggered times, if you are late, your spot will be cancelled. 

Must be at least 16 years old
You must know how to swim. 
You may sign our waiver beforehand on our website to save time (be ready to show email verification). 
Remember to wear quick drying clothes, bring a hat, sunscreen, and a reusable bottle of water. 

Timeline: 

* Check in at front desk 
* Meet your guide 
* Review and sign waiver 
* Put on a life jacket 
* On-land safety and paddle lesson 
~10 - 15 minutes
